by Online Shopper, Nov 22, 2009 I rec'd my case paper wet on the bottom. Wet enough that it came through the box and onto the reams of paper in the box. Like it sat on a wet porch. I took the paper reams out right away to let them dry.

by Online Shopper, Nov 22, 2009 I am very satisfied with the customer service staff and products, but I never received email indicating items had been shipped and never received tracking information. Web did not reflect the fact that items had been shipped or who the carrier was.
